Rick Dimmer

Rick is the owner and managing principal of D&I Solutions Consulting, a small business enterprise.

His focus is to empower people within businesses, public agencies and community organizations in building capacity to embrace similarities and differences, while challenging barriers and obstacles of race relations and economic diversity.

The goal is to develop transformational, systematic and sustainable change, and instill the best business practices of diversity and inclusion in recruiting and supporting the workforce and being mindful of the surrounding communities -- to further an agency’s growth and success.

Rick serves as the executive director of R3 Community Services, a local non-profit organization to remove employment barriers for underserved populations and promote the placement of qualified workers. Through this organization, Rick works with underrepresented populations including youth, people who are homeless and justice mission individuals in over 12 Washington counties.
